16.1 The Government of Nepal may acquire and give necessary land to the Institute for the following purposes in accordance with the prevailing law:- 16.1.1 for constructing water reservoirs (reservoirs), 16.1.2 drinking water and sewerage. To construct any exit related structure, 16.1.3 To do any other work necessary for the fulfillment of the purpose of the Institute
